I founded Complete HSEQ Solutions with a mission to make workplaces safer and healthier across Australia. I work closely with small to medium businesses in industries such as electrical, manufacturing, civil construction, telecommunications, horizontal directional drilling, and renewable energy, helping them build practical HSEQ systems that are easy to understand and implement.
With hands-on experience in the field, I take the time to understand how teams work on the ground, so systems aren’t just compliant on paper — they actually improve safety and make people’s jobs easier. Over the years, I’ve helped businesses move from no formal systems to ISO certification, successfully navigate audits, and create safer workplaces through strong relationships and practical guidance.
I hold qualifications including Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor, Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Diploma in Human Resources, and certifications in high-risk work such as Traffic Control, Working at Heights, and Fire Warden.
Mentoring and empowering teams is a key part of what I do, helping businesses embed HSEQ systems that really work for their people.

Senior Administration Officer
As a Senior Administrative Officer, I support the day-to-day operations that help keep workplaces safe, organised, and compliant. With a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, I bring both practical administrative expertise and a solid understanding of WHS principles to everything I do.
I have over 11 years of experience in the electrical industry, working across a diverse range of projects — from small reactive maintenance jobs to large-scale Defence contracts valued at up to $30 million. This background has given me a strong appreciation for the importance of clear systems, effective communication, and thorough documentation in fast-paced, high-risk environments.
I enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems are well-organised, documentation is accurate, and teams have the support they need to meet their safety goals. I bring a methodical and team-oriented approach to my work, contributing to a safer and more efficient workplace.
As part of a dedicated HSEQ team, I take pride in helping businesses stay on track with their safety responsibilities while contributing to a positive and well-structured working environment.

Senior Administration Officer
I have over 20 years of experience as a senior IT specialist, with a strong background in telecommunications billing systems, large-scale infrastructure, and enterprise operations. In senior roles across major telecommunications organisations, I focused on ensuring processes and service delivery aligned with industry standards, governance frameworks, and organisational objectives.
I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, along with ITIL Foundation and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Internal Auditor certifications. Through this, I have conducted audits against ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), gaining valuable experience in compliance, risk identification, and continuous improvement across both technical and business operations.
As an IMS Internal Auditor and administrator, I am now applying this governance and compliance expertise within health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). My ability to analyse processes, identify risks, and align operations with international standards provides a strong foundation for supporting safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.
